Sullivans Island - Historic house elevation and addition

This project transformed a historic Sullivan’s Island Residence through elevation and the addition of a new “wing” that houses a contemporary kitchen and additional bedrooms. The design is informed by the architectural styles indigenous to Sullivan’s Island and its orientation both to Middle Street and to the views of the Charleston Harbor.
