Downtown Charleston - Elevation of Historic Structure

This project lifted a historic residence and its attached dependency building to a height above the base floor elevation and out of harms way of potential flooding events. The magic in this project was to enliven the ground floor space and give the building an appropriate entry and sense of scale from the street.
